No, I’m not going to talk about the “bubbly school girl” sort of enthusiasm — that’s just plain annoying! However, I’m guessing that most of us have someone(s) in their life that is always upbeat, always on, always seeing the bright side of things. They’re just one of those nice people. And you like to be around them. And everyone else likes to be around them. And they always seem to get things done. And they’re genuinely happy.
Tell me again, why you don’t think enthusiasm is important?
Folks, it’s not that hard. Each day we wake up and make a choice on how we’ll face the world today. Some are going to choose to be miserable SOBs. Too bad for them. Others are going to choose to pursue the day with enthusiasm and energy. They’re going to have a great day no matter what challenges surface on the journey. To me, the choice seems pretty obvious….
With that in mind:
When was the last time you displayed some serious enthusiasm?
